I release Taboo Art Gallery Ltd. from liability, tattoo artists and all affiliates working in the tattoo shop from any and all claims, damages or legal actions arising from or connected in any way with my tattoo. I understand that Taboo Art Gallery Ltd. reserves all rights to use any photos/videos of my tattoo/me.
