All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking.

 

Deposits allow us to reserve time specifically for you and prepare properly for your session. Deposits are taken securely online and are deducted from the final cost on the day of your appointment.

 

Refunds

 

Deposits are non-refundable.

 

Once an appointment is confirmed, that time is held exclusively for you and cannot be filled at short notice.

 

Changes & Cancellations

 

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 7 days in advance.

 

With sufficient notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future booking, subject to availability.

 

Cancellations or changes made with less than 7 days’ notice will result in the deposit being retained.

This helps us protect artists’ time, reduce last-minute cancellations, and keep availability fair for all clients.
