What we collect
• When you send an enquiry: your name, phone, email, your tattoo idea and any reference photos.
• When you book or pay a deposit: your booking details. Payments are handled by the payment provider; we never see your card number.
• When you buy a gift card: your name, email and order details.
• Before your tattoo: your consent form, with ID, date of birth and health details that keep tattooing safe for you.
• When you email us or join our newsletter: your name and email.
Why we use it
• To answer you, book you in and do your tattoo (our contract with you).
• To keep health and safety records the law asks us to keep (legal duty).
• For aftercare, customer service and to protect the studio (legitimate interest).
• To send you news, only if you signed up (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who helps us
We never sell your data. Trusted services run parts of our studio for us: Wix (our website, forms and payments), Google (statistics and ads, only if you accept cookies), Acuity Scheduling (bookings) and our email service. They only use your data on our instructions. We share data with others only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for your tattoo, aftercare and the records the law asks us to keep. Then we delete or destroy it safely. Paper forms are kept locked; digital records have restricted access.
Cookies on our website
Our website only uses cookies if you say yes. A bar asks you first.
• Needed: keep the website working and remember your choice. Always on.
• Statistics (Google Analytics): show us which pages people use.
• Advertising (Google Ads): show us which ads bring enquiries.
If you tap Decline, we use none of these. We remember your choice for 6 months.
